1.     Can I submit a payment request before I receive my first billing statement from PayLease? No. You must have received at least one billing statement with your account number to submit a payment request through the Resident Network website.

2.     I have submitted a monthly payment request. When will my first monthly payment be processed?
Each payment request requires approval from your property management office.  Monthly payment requests that are accepted by the property management office prior to the first business day of the month will be processed.

3.     I have submitted a credit card payment request through myresidentnetwork.net. How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
Each payment request requires approval from your property management office.  Please contact your property management office for the status of your payment.

4.     I have submitted an e-check payment request through myresidentnetwork.net. How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
Each payment request requires approval from your property management office.  Please contact your property management office for the status of your payment. Once your e-check payment is processed, it will take 2-5 business days to be reflected on your bank statement.
